Waxing tips

Well everyone, our summer is on its way out and fall is in the air but we still want to stay hair free all year round right? So here are a few tips. Waxing is a procedure that needs to be done regularly for best results. Depending on how fast your hair grows, that’s about every 3 to 6 weeks. Hair should be about ¼ (--) to ½ (----) inch long. Each time you get waxed, it becomes easier because there is a little less regrowth of hair (that’s why you have to be very careful with those eyebrows-let the expert do it!) Also, it helps, if you are very sensitive, to take an anti-inflammatory like Advil or Tylenol 45 minutes before your appointment and 45 minutes after to help with the redness and ladies, don’t wax during your time of the month or 3 days before or after-you are super sensitive then. The least sensitive time is the week after your period. Once you’re waxed I will recommend homecare techniques and products to help lessen irritation and ingrown hairs.
